How much does end of lease cleaning cost in the Illawarra?
End of lease cleaning starts from $450 for a 1 bedroom property, $570 for 2 bedrooms, $690 for 3 bedrooms and $930 for 4+ bedrooms. Each extra bathroom is $40 and carpet steam cleaning starts at $149 plus $25 per room.
Is the bond-back guarantee really free?
Yes. If anything we cleaned is flagged at the final inspection, we return within 48 hours and fix it at no charge to you, the tenant or the landlord.
Can you collect and return keys from our office?
Yes. We collect keys from your office on the day and return them once the clean is finished. We can also work with a lockbox or a handover from the outgoing tenant.
What is in the photo report?
Dated, time-stamped photos of every room, grouped in the same order as the condition report. It is sent the same day, usually within two hours of completion, so you can attach it to the tenancy file.
Who do you invoice?
We can invoice the outgoing tenant, the landlord or the agency, whichever suits the file. Carpet steam cleaning is itemised so the tenant has a receipt for their records.
How quickly can you book a vacate clean?
We usually have same-week availability, including weekends, and can work around tight vacate and re-letting dates. Send the vacate date and we confirm the day in writing.
